We’re looking for our first new team member to help shape a practice built on authentic lived experience and unwavering commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care.

About This Opportunity

This role offers the unique chance to be part of something genuinely different. We’re seeking a psychologist who shares our passion for strengths-based, affirming practice. People with lived experience of neurodivergence are strongly encouraged to apply

You’ll have the autonomy to build your practice your way – whether that’s working from our beautiful Carlton office, providing telehealth from home, or a combination of both. This position is perfect for someone who values independence while being part of a supportive, collaborative (and proudly neurodivergent) team.

Your Role

You’ll provide high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming psychological services with the flexibility to shape your own client base. Whether you’re drawn to working with couples, children and young people, parents, or other populations, we support your clinical interests.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions with a flexible, client-centred approach
  • Manage your caseload independently and confidently
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation (with Heidi AI support)
  • Engage actively in supervision and professional development
  • Contribute to our supportive practice culture

Essential Requirements

  • Full AHPRA registration as Psychologist
  • 1-2 years post-registration experience
  • Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practice
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Collaborative mindset
