ADHD and Autism Online Support Worker

I’m a neurodivergent support worker who provides practical, hands-on assistance online. I will be your practical partner for the parts of life that feel overwhelming. My goal is to help you get things done and free up your energy for what matters.

I offer virtual support that’s about doing tasks together, not just talking about them. Think of me as your task buddy, and gentle accountability partner – available from the comfort of your own space.

What Practical Online Support Looks Like

We work together as a team, entirely online (via telehealth). You are in control of our goals and direction. My job is to provide the support you need to get unstuck and make things happen.

This can include:

  • Tackling ‘Life Admin’: We can work together to break down big tasks, plan your week, manage your inbox, or get through paperwork. We can “body double” online, and when a task feels too overwhelming or urgent, I can step in and complete it on your behalf. This could include making phone calls to book appointments or sort out forms. You will always have full input and final say.
  • Virtual Body Doubling: I can stay with you on a video call to provide company and focus while you tackle tasks like cleaning, tidying up, meal prep, or creative projects.
  • Building Systems: We can create custom, practical systems that can enhance your wellbeing, your resilience, and I can offer support for building your capacity. Examples include: minimising effort with tasks, meal planning, budgeting, or remembering important tasks.

My Approach & Who I Am

As someone who’s AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD), I understand what it’s like when executive dysfunction gets in the way. When you can’t start that form, reply to those emails, or tackle the pile of life admin that’s been haunting you, things can look bleak. So I am a firm believer in practical support. My approach is built on being non-judgmental, understanding, and supportive. I bring a cheerful attitude to our sessions, and my goal is to create a space where you feel seen and respected.

Before I realised I was neurodivergent, I built a career on simplifying highly complex systems – so I have first-hand knowledge of the strengths and unique abilities of a neurodivergent mind, as well as an intimate knowledge of the difficulties we face in a world not built for us. I am currently in training to be a psychologist, to help people manage those hurdles that I still struggle with daily. Together, we will find solutions that actually work in your life.

Outside of work, you can usually find me under a stack of psychology textbooks, deep-diving into a new special interest (it could be engineering one month, and then painting the next) or trying to convince my kitten that my face is not a chew toy.

How It Works

  • Book a Chat: We start with a free 15-minute chat. This is a chance for us to meet and see if we’re a good fit, with no pressure or obligation.
  • Make a Plan: If you decide to go ahead, we’ll book once-off or regular online sessions.
  • Get It Done: In our sessions, we’ll work together on the goals you choose.
