Phoebe Stevens - ADHD Coach

Hey, I’m Phoebe! I’m an ADHD Coach who actually has ADHD – which means I genuinely understand what it’s like when your brain works differently, and I know firsthand that you’re not broken.

I offer practical support focused on developing executive function skills and building a life that genuinely works for your brain. My core belief is simple: you don’t need fixing; you need strategies designed for how your brain actually works.

Why My Clients Come to Coaching

Many arrive feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. They’ve tried tons of traditional advice designed for neurotypical brains, and it’s failed them. They’re sick of constantly being told what’s wrong with them, so we work on what’s right instead.

What Makes Coaching Different?

Coaching empowers and encourages you to reach your goals. If you’re not sure what your goals are yet, that’s completely fine – we’ll figure that out together.

My approach is built on a neuro-affirming philosophy where we don’t try to ‘fix’ your ADHD traits; we work to harness your strengths instead. We ditch the generic “have you tried writing a list?” advice and focus on collaborative problem-solving.

We create external systems to support working memory and develop customised reminder systems that actually stick. Think: visual cues in the right places, body doubling strategies, and routines that work with your dopamine rather than against it.

The Vibe

The best thing about ADHD coaching is that there’s no pressure to mask! We can spin on our chairs, fidget, eat, or forget what we’re about to say once (or twice), and there’s always room for a laugh.

My Background

I’ve completed specialised training at the International ADHD Coach Training Centre, ensuring I understand the unique challenges and strengths of ADHD brains. I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and adhere to their rigorous ethical standards. I also have a lifetime of lived experience with my own ADHD, so you can be assured I’m a coach who gets it.

How It Works

Our sessions are offered via telehealth. We start with a complimentary 20-minute chat to make sure we’re a good fit.

From there, we meet for a strategy session where we’ll deep dive into your ADHD and your goals. Then we’ll meet for regular 60-minute sessions where we explore a topic of your choice.

Between sessions, homework is optional and always your choice – but if it’s your preference, we’ll create a clear plan to help you achieve the goals you set.
