  • 6.2 Intake and reminders: Our system will send you intake forms and appointment reminders. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate.
  • 6.3 Telehealth: For telehealth appointments, you must ensure you are in a private space with a stable internet connection. To protect privacy, recording sessions is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
