Phoebe Stevens
ADHD Coach
Phoebe is an ADHD Coach with lived experience of ADHD, bringing genuine understanding of what it’s like when your brain works differently. Her approach is built on a simple principle: your brain needs strategies designed for how it works, not generic advice that ignores ADHD.
What Phoebe does
Phoebe offers practical, personalized ADHD coaching that helps you understand how your ADHD brain works and develop strategies that stick. Her coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented, helping you navigate the day-to-day realities of living with ADHD.
She works with clients on executive function (task initiation, planning, prioritising), time management and organisation, building sustainable routines, managing overwhelm and burnout, understanding ADHD motivation, and emotional regulation. Unlike generic productivity advice, Phoebe’s approach is tailored to how ADHD brains actually function.
Her coaching is built on neuro-affirming principles. She works to harness your strengths and create external systems to support working memory. She develops customised reminder systems that stick and builds routines that work with your dopamine rather than against it.
The best thing about ADHD coaching? There’s no pressure to mask. You can spin on your chair, fidget, eat, or forget what you were about to say, and there’s always room for a laugh.
