Holly is a psychologist who primarily supports neurodivergent and LGBTQIAP+ children (aged 8+), adolescents, and adults. As an openly queer and autistic psychologist, she draws on both professional knowledge and lived experience, recognising how environments that aren’t always affirming or accessible can shape wellbeing and self-understanding.

Who does Holly see?

Holly sees children from age 8, adolescents and adults.

What does Holly work with?

Holly supports clients navigating:

  • Minority stress.
  • Masking.
  • Trauma.
  • Identity exploration.
  • Experiences of feeling misunderstood.

They recognise that distress often reflects the impact of these experiences, rather than neurodivergence or queerness itself.

Holly also works with people:

  • Experiencing premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
  • Recovering from high-control groups.
  • Navigating non-traditional relationship structures.

How does Holly work?

Holly’s approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. She believes therapy should fit the person, not the other way around.

Their approach draws on humanistic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, helping clients to understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and develop self-compassion.

Holly welcomes special interests and incorporates art, music, games, and sensory experiences to make sessions more accessible.
